Our talk featured the story of John Newsome Barran, which was made especially poignant as his grandson, Roy was in attendance. The full story can be read at on our website at this link.

We were proud to receive this message from one of the attendees:
“Just wanted to say that the 1152 presentation was superb - inspirational. I am in awe of what you have achieved. I would have said, but had double booked and so left early in question time. I was a founder member of the Friends of Lawnswood Cemetery - a much less daunting project as LCC are the owners.”
