John Reginald Lambert, in 1911, as the resident Medical Officer of Health for Farsley, compiled a 15 page report on the health of Farsley. It is fascinating reading and is attached to this article.

Our version also includes two additional appendices to the report.

Update from 17th May 2026, our research team have added a further ten annual reports from 1903 to 1925, all can be accessed by clicking the buttons below.

The report for 1925 was written by a new Medical Officer of Health, T. H. Elmer, all the other newly added reports were written by John Reginald Lambert.

John Reginald Lambert is buried in Farsley Rehoboth, under the Lambert cross that borders the Carriage Road.
